For three of my four semesters at UMassD, I taught the basics of Business Communication to business undergraduates, usually freshmen and sophomores. In my last semester as a Teaching Fellow, I taught Technical Communication to undergrads majoring in engineering, computer science, and other related fields. Although much of the material for the class was helpfully provided at the beginning of the semester, it remained my responsibility to develop classroom plans and to modify and/or add class components as needed.
Below, please find links to each section, divided by subject. I’ve included examples of a lesson plan, several lectures, as well as some class activities.
