Below, you’ll find a preview of the work I can do in Usability. As part of this work, I developed a persona, interviewed participants, created participant summaries, conducted a usability test, and completed heuristic analyses, culminating on a final report which takes to task a “social justice” organization for a lack of social justice awareness in its own website.
