Rhetorical Theory

Thinking about rhetorical theory has allowed me to conceive of the rhetorical underpinnings of teaching, becoming a better classroom instructor.

Here, I’ve included a paper which thinks through the rhetorical act of teaching. It takes its title from the idea of the “universal audience.” You’ll also find two presentations which summarize the arguments I make in the paper.
